Dreams Come True — World Painting Project, Lofoten Installations
Art and nature come together in the heart of the Lofoten Islands, where Spanish artist Carla Romero Mosse (@vientomossebike) turns landscapes into a living open-air museum. Her World Painting Project arrives in the archipelago with a pioneering multi-location exhibition across Reine, Vindstad, Sørvågen, Å, Ballstad, and the Litløya Little Island Lighthouse.
At each site, Carla builds wooden platforms holding aluminium prints of her paintings, creating a free and accessible exhibition for everyone visiting Lofoten. Some original artworks are still available for sale and ship worldwide; each installation also offers limited editions and fine-art prints, available on site or via international delivery — a way to take the experience beyond the landscape and into everyday life.
This continues what Carla has been doing for the past two years: travelling the world and painting plein air, in direct contact with the environment, the weather, and the experiences that emerge beyond the studio. Under the title Dreams Come True, each installation includes a visible QR code inviting visitors to connect, discover more about the artist’s journey, and reflect on the role of art — while being inspired to pursue their own projects and dreams.
